Sliding Folding Doors

Heavy duty door, capable of withstanding 150mph gusts of wind. Ideal for large openings up to 60 m wide, 12m high. 230mm ribbed galvanised sections, hinged vertically by a continuous hinge strip. Doors can be made with cut outs for crane beams and monorails.

Roller Shutters

Manually Operated Roller Shutters

Ideally suited to individual applications, the curtain of the door is manually raised via a continuous haul hand chain which drives a fully sprung counter balanced barrel. For use in smaller applications door requiring no hand chain are available which work using the tension of the spring only. The roller barrel assembly is supported by mild steel flag posts which are independently fixed as the side guides. The spring assisted barrels are individually calibrated to suit various openings.

Electrically Operated Roller Shutter Doors

Tube Operated (up to 2.8m High)

Ideally suited to shop fronts and other smaller applications where high usage will not be required. The Curtain of the door is raised via an integral tube motor situated within the barrel and can be operated via a number of controls such as key switch, remote fob or access control.

240v/415v Industrial Motor Operated (2.8m and above)

Ideally suited industrial applications where door required is large or high use. These doors are operated as standard via a push button station but can be supplied with any of the above mentioned control gear and comes with safety brake as standard.

All Roller Shutters can be supplied with various safety features.

All doors are supplied fully galvanised prior to any paint finish to prolong the doors material integrity.

Sectional Overhead Doors

Overview

Ideal for all warehousing, loading bays, insulated units or anywhere an aesthetically pleasing door is required. 600mm deep panels. 'U' value 0.43W/M2 0C, counterbalanced to perfection to ensure ease of operation. A wide variety of Ral and HP 200 Plastisol finishes are available to suit all industrial applications.

Insulated Door Panel

The Insulated Door Panel is formed from 2 galvanised steel sheets, bonded together with high density polyurethane foam, giving a U value of 43 W/M sq (which is greater than building regulation requirements for external walls). Each panel has a tongue and groove hinged joint with a compressible neoprene weather seal. The outside of the door panel is finished in off white polyester. The inside of the door panel is finished in white polyester.

Manual Operation

Doors up to a maximum of 12 sq m can be push-up operated. Doors above 12 sq m are operated by reduction gears complete with endless zinc plated handchain.

Electric Operation

This operation is by a 415v 3ph geared electric motor with low level manual disconnection for hand use during emergencies. Each motor unit is complete with open and closed limit switches. The starter contains up-down and emergency stop buttons plus a safety thermal cut out switch. Site wiring and commissioning can also be carried out by our highly trained installation staff.

Safety Features.

In accordance with european industrial door safety standards all doors are supplied and fitted with spring break devices and safety bottom brackets as standard to ensure safe operation in the unlikely event that the spring or wire ropes should be damaged.

High Speed Doors

Overview

An energy saving door. Especially useful in openings which are subject to busy traffic (fork lift or pallet trucks) on external openings to be used with a security door. Tensioned clear PVC curtain on a counterbalanced roller barrel with all electrical safety features. Choice of activations are available.

PVC Strip Curtain

A cost effective and simple way to reduce heat/temperature loss while your industrial door is in the open postion. PVC strip curtains are supplied and fitted with all nesesary track and bespoke steel work to suit any application. PVC Curtain is available in a number of different colours and sizes.

Steel Security Doors

Our steel hinge doors are constructed from corrosion resistant Zintec Sheets using weld free construction techniques. Available with various hardware and door furniture including latch and top and bottom panic bar systems. Doors can be finished primed or in a number of RAL colours to suit any application.
